The book is titled, The Eight Pillars of Lasting Happiness. It contains 8 broad principles to follow in order to experience happiness. This is not the fleeting happiness you get when you buy something new, or travel for a vacation, or get a promotion… These principles bring you lasting happiness that stays, a sense of elation, well being, peace and joy that becomes a part of your nature.

It is a small eBook with about 30 pages of information. It also has some 'to-dos' and some new habits to form.

There are no quick fixes here, there are no magic pills. The book suggests changes in certain habits and creation of some new habits. This is not all tough though. In fact the exercises encourage you to do some of the things that you will probably enjoy, like seeking out work that you love doing, spending time in imagining your dream state of happiness. The book will encourage you to accept your true self, your calling. It will encourage you to respect yourself and to pay heed to your dreams and desires.

Among the things discussed are money, career, health, intuition, love, purpose, thoughts, habits, awareness, simplicity, failure and struggle.
