I need 2/3 roomates to share a 2 bedroom flat at Kondapur (Behind 8th
Batallion police Camp) Near Club 8.
It's a pretty big spacious flat with a Drawing room, dining space, a
large open kitchen, 2 verandahs, an attached bathroom and a common
bathroom. The building is very new and the fittings have been
completed just a month back. Therefore it's clean and well painted.
It's on the 5th floor. Lift is available all the time and there are
almost no problems with water supply or power.
I have my own TV, sound system & washing machine and will be buying a
fridge shortly. Gas stove and cylinder are also available. These can
be used by all sharing the flat. I have an AC which I will be fitting
into one of the bedrooms (where I will stay).
I am purely non-vegetarian. I smoke & drink too and sometimes listen
to a little loud music.
The total rent is 12000 + electricity (about Rs. 200/mo) + Maintenance
(Rs. 500/mo).
Advance is for 3 months (Totally Rs. 24000 to be paid to my earlier
flatmates who have left due to marriage, transfer etc.).
We were 3 flatmates earlier including myself and we paid a 3-month
advance of Rs. 36000 (signed receipt available). Therefore my 2
earlier roomates need to be paid Rs. 24000 as mentioned above.
I am working at Accenture in Raheja MindSpace for 4.5 years and am
currently an SSE.
