In a surprising move, Google India has released the official Galaxy Nexus sign-up page. In other words, India is now a part of selected countries, where buyers can now register and get notification about thesmartphone's availability in their respective country.
Similar pages were present at the time of Nexus S and Nexus One launch also, but India was never a part of them and we didn't even see Nexus One's official launch in the country. Nexus S was also made available after quite some amount of delay, but the situation seems to be a little positive this time.
Although there is no hint about it whatsoever apart from the sign-up page, but we might actually see the launch of Galaxy Nexus in Indiabefore the end of this year.
To remind you, Galaxy Nexus is the first Ice Cream Sandwichsmartphone that features a TI OMAP 4460 1.2GHz dual core processor, 1GB RAM, 16/32GB internal memory, 5MP primary camera, 1.3MP front cam and 4.65 inch Super AMOLED HD display.
