Here are few tips so that you do not panic in the worst of situations.
Tips to Stay Relaxed

1. Don't panic
2. Take a break
3. Calm your thoughts
4. Breathe deep
5. Eat fruits if you have them with you
6. Talk to a friend but be careful not to spread the news like fire.
7. Drink a bottle of water
8. Accept the happenings
9. Make others stay calm
10. Seek medical assistance if needed.
