Hi Kiran,

There are many ways to prove that you worked for that company. But you might need a proper relieving letter to join any other organization.

First and foremost, ask them why they are not issuing a relieving letter. Ask them write a letter stating the reasons for not issuing a relieving letter and setting the final accounts. You should get this in the form of a letter properly signed and stamped. 

Have you received any acknowledgement for filing the resignation? 

If they decline to give relieving letter, you could file a case against your employer at the Labor court Bangalore.
