[HM:251487] Help needed for Recording calls from Landline...

I need  to know is there any way to record calls from BSNL landline.

I have a wifi router connected to my PC directly from telephone line, does there is any software or any device for recording calls and saved on my computer in any audio format.

please give  your valuable suggesions.
