Yeah at the same time, you can also scan all these copies and store them in cloud like drive.google.com or microsoft sky drive.

So even if u lost your fotocopies, you can always take u  r scanned copies from any where using internet or mobile.. sometimes useful if you need to submit photocopy of u r proofs, you can simply download and print.
