Hi Everybdy....
I working in small company with total 50 peoples and our teamsize is 10 out of those 5 people has resigned because of this my other mates are getting too much work (not me as i am far away from this) and management dont care about this and thy r not even hiring any other new guys.
and i have observed them always they are working like mad dogs with more than 12 or even 13 hours (per day) .... may be because they r getting enough money (including Variable CTC) which i am not getting and even my CTC is less compared to them and we have nearly same experience and i believe technically i am good in all kind of work which we used to do
so with this i am fearing that i near future i have to work like that which i dont want to do, i have tried to find new job since from long time and now i am tired and hopeless with it.
as i have 2 years of exp. in my current company and i dont have enough market/career scope
i dont want to fight/ask with management for salary even if i do it thy will indirectly ask me to work more and go mad because our management used to follow concept of performance appraisal ....
now u guys tell, what i can do in this position ?
