I am not a windows phone user but I searched and found this:
First, locate the app you want to remove, in the Apps list. Tap and hold the app until a contextual menu is shown, with several options. Tap uninstall. Windows Phone 8 asks if you really want to uninstall the app.Jan 3, 2014
