Walaikum salam,
First of all you have to take a Exit Re-Entry visa. It is better if you apply for visit visa or I think if you hold your passport and at the Qatar check point border they will issue a visit visa. But Exit Re-Entry visa is a must as a Saudi Iqama holder.
