Reinforce your thoughts about your good points. If you are good at talking to people, tell yourself this often. If you are good at maths, tell yourself often. This has the benefit of reinforcing and strengthening your self image and will boost your self confidence.
This helps when you feel low and your confidence is shaky. Talk to yourself and remind yourself about your powers, your skills and your past success stories.
